Summer Day Camps Ages 12 - 15

Day camp is for children aged 7 to 15 years, in three age groups, consisting of a five-day or four day week. (non-residential)

The focus will be on outdoor activities to keep your child challenged and entertained.

Here at Lakeside we have been running day camps for over 40 years, providing an enjoyable and safe environment for children from all over Cumbria and North Lancashire.

        • Currently we do not provide transport and children may be dropped at YMCA Lakeside South Camp between 8-9am and collected 4-5pm. We are looking in a transport option and limited places may be available however this will have to be purchased separately. Please express your intrest for transport option via email.

        • Pack lunch required for each day of camp as we do not provide meals. Meals may become available and will have to be purchased separately.

        • Childcare vouchers: simply type in the name of your provider on the payment screen. After completing our booking, please contact your child care voucher provider and arrange payment. Please make sure you add the day camps booking number (i.e. B-12345) to the childcare provider payment.



        • Friend requests for children to be with friends or siblings may only be accepted at time of booking and we will try our best to accommodate them, please email  lakesideenq@fyldecoastymca.org. Please be aware these request are not guaranteed.

        • Book different age groups - to book child places in different age groups, please click "continue shopping"

        • Guest extras - please add tuck shop credit as guest extras. Cash can also be used by the children during their activity day on the organised tuck shop visits.
